GERALD E. RUPP, Esq  of New York, New York, practiced law in his own firm in that city. He is admitted to practice in the states of New York, New Jersey, and Florida.. He has served on the Board of the World Wildlife Fund for many years. He is chairman emeritus and founding trustee of the Civitella Ranieri Foundation, a cultural foundation offering fellowships in various disciplines, He is also an advisor to the Ugaccione Ranieri di Sorbello Bibilioteca, a museum and research center in Perugia, Italy. He is the chairman of the board of trustees of the Vidda Foundation and serves on the boards of the Opera Orchestra of New York, Theater for the New City, and SAGE, Inc. He was trustee for several years of the Eastern Long Island, New York Chapter of the Nature Conservancy. A pianist and vocalist, he has a serious interest in music and was chairman of a small opera company with an emphasis on the Wagnerian repertoire. Gerald created the now well established Vidda Award for Young Singers
 
Mr. Rupp received a BS and an LLB from Fordham University. Mr. Rupp has two children and five grandchildren. He has been a frequent traveler to Europe and Asia, and spent many years in Italy, keeping an apartment in Rome. He is fluent in Italian.

He is a member of the University Club , the Metropolitan Opera Club and The Lotos Club.

JOHN B. ROBERTS, practices law in New York, New York. Admitted to practice in the states of New York and Oklahoma, his main areas of concentration are trusts and estates, taxation, charitable organizations, and family wealth planning. He serves on the boards of the Airlie Foundation, the Civitella Ranieri Foundation, the George London Foundation, the James Lenox House Association, the Lanie and Ethel Foundation and the Vidda Foundation as well as the National Councils of The Student Conservation Association and SAGE. Mr. Roberts received a BA from Anderson University, a JD from the University of Oklahoma and an LLM in Taxation from New York University. In his free time, he enjoys the opera, travel and the outdoors, especially white water rafting.

 JOHN TEMPEST RUPP, Esq. is a registered Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in West Palm Beach, FL and currently holds the series 7, 24,31,55,63 and 66 securities licenses. John earned a Bachelors degree from Assumption College in 1993 and also a Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School in 1999.

John resides in West Palm Beach with his wife and three children. He is actively involved in the community serving on the Board of the Children’s Home Society, the Young Friends of the Kravis Center Executive committee and he coaches in the Youth Baseball League at Phipps Park.

In his free time John plays piano and guitar and also enjoys golfing, tennis, swimming, biking and outdoor activities with his family.
