Grant application procedure

The Eccola Foundation provides grants to outstanding Human Services, Education, Conservation and Arts organizations. It does not accept unsolicited applications and will only award grants to organizations that have been invited to apply for a grant. If your organization has been invted to apply for a grant, see the grant applicaion and intructions below. 

The Foundation considers grant applications from organizations primarily in the New York metropolitan area. Before an application can be considered, documentation of exempt classification will be required as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Additionally, the applicant must be considered “not a private foundation” within the meaning of Section 509(a) of the Code. The Foundation does not make grants to individuals.
